So the other day I came across a thread that was about bit storage devices. Long story short, a link was posted to this Ullman 1/4 inch vinyl bit holder and here is that link.

http://store.harryepstein.com/cp/SDBAccess/BH-2.html

Problem is, I tried to do some research on Ullman and other places to buy bit storage unit but with no luck as of yet. I've never heard of the brand Ullman, but from the looks of that product, I'd say that they seem to have one decent storage unit.

The only links I found for this item were from New Egg and others, but I was hoping maybe others here know of another place to buy this and maybe know more about this manufacturer?

The model number/part number to this item is BH-2. Thanks for any help though.

Ullman makes a BUNCH of different stuff.

Craftsman Hook and Pick sets, Snap-on inspection mirrors and magnetic pick up tools... they OEM for a lot of different brands and sell under their own name too.

Magova1104: Out of all the bit storage boxes listed, the Brownells one you listed in the link, http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=41570/Product/MAGNA-TIP-SUPER-SET-STORAGE looks the best next to the Ullman version. Even 100% made in USA as well.

However, there is several issues with this box I am seeing. The most important being that it's stated this can hold a driver handle, but I am doubting if this can hold my Craftsman Industrial drive handle. Here is several pictures of my driver handle though.

I have a feeling this won't fit into that box.

Second issue, I was reading the item description, this item is stated as unbreakable. Well knowing ahead of time that probably is just a nice marketing word, I looked at the review on this product and the review I read wasn't favorable.

Here is what the review reads. "Comments about BROWNELLS SUPER-SET - BOX ONLY:

The box seemed fine until it got knocked off a five foot high shelf onto a carpeted concrete floor. The lid split lengthwise down one whole side."

This review is dated 11/28/2011 and while I normally don't hold every detail as if it's a make it or break it, but the product description states this item is virtually unbreakable and does break, where does that leave me? I strongly doubt this item has a warranty, maybe 30 days, but chances are after that time, your on your own.

Then there is there is the Questions and Answers part of this item that has left me wondering as well. Here is the question from that website.

"Does the box come with the sticker showing the bit positions? The one that came with the super-set is stuck to the broken lid of the original container."

Now here is the answer by a "Staff reviewer". "Please call our customer service and request label 076-100-235 to replace yours. It is the full bit list so it may not correspond to your bit selection but you should get it at no charge regardless."

Notice how this person wrote "should" and instead of "will". That tells me there is always a chance after or even during the warranty process, you may not be able to get even a simple item such as that from this company. I really don't like red tape or like jumping through hoops with companies.

The Sku is Stock #:080-113-000WB and the Catalog page number is 438, 439. Here is a picture from the website of this product, just so everyone knows what I am talking about.

Biomed: So you had to add devices to the search, thanks for the link though.

Vintagefan: Why doesn't that surprise me. Sounds about right now and days.

Magova though, thanks for all the links and help though. As well as everyone else, seriously thank you.

I am still considering Ullman BH-2 1/4 inch Bit holder though. Here is a link to the manufacturer's website on this exact product. http://www.ullman-devices.com/specialty_tools/BH-2_bit_holder.html
