sorry, i forgot this in my earlier post.....has anyone tried these lights out? about $175 each I can't imagine they could be all that

That model is a high bay light, designed for mounting at 20 to 45 feet above the floor. That probably explains some of the cost, plus unless you have unusually high ceilings it's not the correct choice anyway. http://www.ultraluxlight.com/images_templ/ULHBT5-446-646-LQ.pdf
