Posted a year ago. Price a little high? Could have been used in production, even automated. A platen could have moved the work up to be drilled. The adjustment might have been for longer or shorter bits. I could see that in a cabinet shop doing a repetitive operations. Yes, I've seen full on drill presses laid over on their backs to bore doors and such.
