A thought just occurred to me. Often times, I'll have a large truck on the lift at a lower height working in the wheel-well doing brake and suspension work. I'm in Western, NY and I am not shy with breaking out a sledgehammer bashing the **** out of rusted parts. It would be nice (especially on larger trucks) to have a way to stabilize the rear of vehicles when you're torquing and bashing. My standard under lift stands are too tall for this application. I know they make shorter ones (for guys with lower lifts like the Maxjax). Just wanted to see what you guys were using in this type of case? thanks!
