Undercoating a new trailer.

I just ordered a new 24' enclosed trailer to haul my car. when it arrives I want to really undercoat the bottom frame and anything else that is exposed and could rust.

The flooring is advantech plywood, and the frame has a z-tech coating. I just want improve on what is already there and minimize corrosion down the road.

Anyone have a recommendation on a product that I could use?

underneath por 15 works but thhe main problems seem to be the areas you can't reach not what you can

Line-X or any truck bed liner would do a great job

Ive always had mine done at ziebart. The tiltbed tractor trailer and horse trailer are steel,the sled trailer is aluminum and road salt in the cracks is deadly on aluminum. On all of them I had the people do the underside of the decking as well.

Get 3M part #08804 undercoating. I used it for all the trailers we used to sell. Only did the tongue/a-frame and the cross-members underneath. No need to do the plywood floors or axles. Also started doing it to all the new vehicles at my current job. Before the vehicle is sent out, the rockers, bottom few inches of the doors, quarters and fenders (inside and out) get coated in the 3M stuff. Inside floor pans too.

Remember, nothing will last if you don't prep correctly. Seriously, this 3M undercoating blows anything else out of the water. There is no comparison between the 3M and "at home bedliner" kits.
