I just ran across this project and read it from the beginning. You've done a great job on that workshop! Thank you for sharing it with us, I'll definitely be following along from here on out. If you want to post your work on the motorcycle I'd enjoy seeing it and I doubt anyone else would mind.
By the way, as someone else has already mentioned, you write in English better than many Americans do. Sure there are some places where you forget a word or use the wrong tense, but it's perfectly understandable. I've been studying Italian for a few years and I'm nowhere close to being proficient.

Raceway, that's how it's called?
I think Legrand is on US market too, but I'm not sure if with the same products as in europe. This one is called "DLP" 80x50mm and it's generally used for office applications.
I noticed the sheetmetal construction of US breaker boxes too and I was wondering if it's because some regulations maybe?
I used my contact from work with the company representative to get the material through their wholesale store. But you can generally get them here in shops specialized in electrical supplies, from different manufacturers too.

It's great to speak second, or even third language. It opens you a whole lot of new options. Unfortunate thing I have noticed is native English speakers don't consider this favorable because their language is so widely used.

I ought to do an update about my sandblaster cabinet restoration by now. But instead I'm dealing with funny problems. I have stopped in painting phase.
First problem was the finish paint didn't entirely cover the base paint. I'm not used to that with this specific paint. I have used it several times and every time one layer was enough.
It's funny because I have bought one of two specific base paints mentioned on the can of the finish paint. I have painted with the first one (white) the door frames, and one layer of finish paint was enough to cover it nicely. This time I went with the second one (red) and one layer isn't enough.
Which leads me directly to my second problem. As I used a lot of finish paint for the first layer, I didn't have enough for second layer. So I went to the store and bought me a second can of finish paint.
This is what I saw after opening it:
One would suppose that 750ml of colour for 14eur should be the same colour tone every time you buy it. One would be wrong.
It just never ends
Anyway, to my third problem. I have mixed the remaining paint with the new paint for the second layer in expectation that I would paint it with it, despite the slight colour tone difference. Fortunately I have started painting the back side of the cabinet first. Because not just the colour tone was off. The hammered surface finish it was supposed to do didn't occur evenly and there are recognizable paint brush strokes.
This is some serious karma business or something
Bottom line is I contacted the manufacturer in Germany that I'm disappointed with their product. They have evidently made a bad batch. They are sorry and they would send me complimentary can of paint tomorrow. At last the customer service is worth something.
Funny thing is this happened to me second time.
If you have a keen eye, you could recognize tone difference between the right side and front on the right locker cabinet:
It's because it's painted from different can of paint. Again a stroke of fortune was that I have run out of paint before I have painted both fronts of locker cabinets.
But enough with the rant.
Stay tuned for the next update, hopefully I won't lose my sane mind because of paint until then
