I have a once car in the basement,, Its sloped decently to the door except for the last 2ft near the wall. It has a low spot there and the whole wall is about 1" low the length of the front wall. I have my big snap on box and compressor here but if water builds up I have issues with mold etc.. The floor sweats something fierce in the summer.. I do hose out the garage from time to time as mud/dirt junk builds up.. We use the garage for a main entrance of our house.. Its a raised ranch and its nicer going up the stairs inside out of the weather.. I use the garage for working on my dirt bikes and doing small welding jobs. Have a racedeck sample but not real sure how it will work with my lift table(think handy lift table) or if I get any other lift tables.. Also thinking of making a ledge across the front of the garage to "fill in" the low spot and keep it from filling up.. I'd hate to have to grind down the entire floor just for the last foot or so..
