Uneven Garage floor

So I have a uneven floor in my garage. So when it rains or when snow melts of my wife's Murano all the water pools in several areas. I had a concrete guy come out to look at leveling my front steps and driveway, when I asked him about the garage he said it wasn't from settling it was from when they were running the float and making it uneven. So he said to just put down a "mat" to even the floor back up. Any ideas on what I can put down to even up my floor.

self leveling compound is a powder you mix with water then pour over the floor. Some require an entire pour of min 1/8" some will feather out with work.
