Wanted to share some pictures of a seldom seen ratchet. I am a big fan of the S-K inventor Theodore Reub and would like to collect all of his ratchet designs. This one just followed me home and looks like it is in great shape to be over 80 years old.

Theodore Reub's second oldest ratchet patent #2082356. This is similar to patent #2103556, Reub's third ratchet patent. Notice that this one does not have a groove on the underside to access the ring that holds the mechanism to the ratchet head. I am not sure if this is even able to be taken apart.

Nice find. There is one in post 1035 of the Vintage S-K Tools thread, missing the selector. I see no easy way to repair it.. These weren't made to come apart. It's nice to see something just a little different S-K did in the early days.

Edit: if I had been thinking correctly, it was their second round head as you already said.
