Can anyone identify this tool box with built in dolly? I'm going to buy it from a fellow. I think it's really kool, I already bought an old Mac mb 5100 K2 I'm refinishing right now to mount on top of it. Thx

I don't know who made your tool box but I'll bet it was a purpose made box for a specific tool. Valve grinder maybe?
