Unidentified inch pound torque wrench

Picked this up for a couple bucks. 1/4 drive inch pound beam torque wrench. I can not find a maker’s mark on this. Red handle is aluminum, beam is made of steel. The piece with the graduations on it is brass. Can anyone identify this. Thanks

vintage mossberg 1/4 inch drive torque tool or torque wrench with metal box. tool and box seem to be in perfect shape. paint is coming off handle but otherwise seems to be ing great shape. tool measur

The handle immediately reminded me of my Apco Mossberg dial torque wrench.
