I got this in a toolbox lot auction. Several Bonney and JH Williams sockets/ ratchets, great deal.

Then there was this...and I'm not sure what this is.

Shaped similar to a firefighter spanner wrench but a lot different. Google Lens yielded nothing.

Has H-3876-D1 stamped on the handle so perhaps a Duro made tool?

But there's so much going on with this tool to just be a simple gas wrench...I mean it could be but gotta know for sure and then what type of gas device this would work on
