Unique Pipe Clamp

Anyone have any info on this pipe clamp?
I can't find a company name or model number on it.

Yes, Craftsman made by Vice Grip before the buy out.

It turns out that they are marked with a company name. It is in a very inconspicuous place. They are made by American Tool Co. What I like about this clamp is that both jaws can be set anywhere along the length of the bar. Very convenient in certain circumstances.
