I am currently working on installing drywall the ceiling of a 24 x32 garage. The plan to insulate it after the drywall is finished. I plan to heat using a gas unit heater down the road a year or 2.
I want to put some kind of mounting hardware for the unit heater on the ceiling now buy attaching it to the trusses while installing the drywall. It will be much easier now than after its insulated and painted.
My question is this- is there some kind of ceiling mounting hardware I could install now for a unit heater installation later. I'm not sure what kind of heater I will be installing so don't know where the rod mounts would need to be. It would need to be adjustable or tracking that could be bolted to anywhere.
