Unknown clamp set

Does anyone know what type of clamps these are? The person I got them from didnt know. Thanks in advance.

Looks like Rockler 4-way equal pressure clamps. Check out the Rockler.com website and search for 4-way equal pressure clamps. Great for edge gluing boards for something like a table top. They have a picture of how to build the boards needed to use them to sandwich the boards.

Yup, what RamVet said. You need to make boards for them to function.
