Unknown Logo-3 wrenches

Also found these in the bottom of my dad's toolbox. No markings on them except for a logo that appears to be a "T" and a "V" inside a shield. Checked Vintage-Alloy and didn't find anything. There appears to be something stamped on the middle wrench, but is unreadable (to me). Anybody seen this one before? Thanks for the help.
