I think SC is/was carburetor tools and other specialized widgets. It is likely for some carb part or dashboard trim that has a protruding middle or if it is old for the odd round slotted nuts used on some ignition terminals on '38-48 Fords and 6 cylinder Chevies.
Basically a screwdriver for things with an obstruction in the middle. Lots of possibilities, exact original app would be pure guesswork without a catalog of whatever age the tool is.

It is a 1961 Ford econoline van light switch wrench.Luckily I have a few 1960s Mac tool catalogs and this is what came up when I looked it up in a 1966 Mac tool catalog

Do you have any idea which light?

Head light switch. MAC made several different sizes for different makes:

MAC SC1 Chevy/Mopar instrument
MAC SC17 Chevy/Ford instrument
MAC SC18 GM/Buick
MAC SC19 Chevy wiper switch
MAC SC24 Ford, Lincoln & Mercury switches
MAC SC55 Ford light switches
MAC SC74 Chevy instrument panel
MAC SC77 Chevy glove box
MAC SC-78 VOLKSWAGEN OIL FILL SOCKET WRENCH

And so did SO but this is all I have for SO tools:

Snap On 9605A GM/Ford multiple applications, 1/4" drive.

What I have not been able to find are the applications for the Cornwell tools similar to the MAC's:

SP203
SP204
SP205
SP001
