I bought this puller this weekend and am trying to figure out who made it. Someone suggested Grey Pneumatic but I cannot find any reference to them making pullers.

OTC, maybe? I've personally never seen a blue one, but blue seems to be their color...

How long is the screw?

GP sounds more like 'gear puller' than Grey Pneumatic. I believe your research is correct.

I would figure it was made by Olde Forge Tools, they used to make a lot of puller type tools and other items for alot of tool companies. This one could just be blue for one of there customers. I have Olde Forge stuff from them also labeled Corwell, SK, Mac, Craftsman and others. They were bought by Ken Tool and most pullers were discontinued.

I've got zero personal experience with the Old Forge brand, however, two images I've found of Old Forge pullers, the arms look quite different, a more aesthetic design:

The arms of the puller the OP posted look more like this OTC:

The two Old Forge pics I posted are 8-inch jobs, whereas the OTC is a 12-inch, so not quite what the OP posted.

Just my observations.
