Your pictures are too big. It's hard to get a grasp of what we're looking at. Specially with that ****** wheel in there. ;)

What does the label in the 2nd pic say?

I don't know what the red bottom is either it was with the Huot, I was wondering if it was for a drill press or band saw. Unknown year of a dirty Snap on Bottom and a Craftsman wall unit. Thanks

I've seen ones like the top one before - my previous employer used them to calibrate
Instruments in the field - on top was a Pratt & Whitney Supermicrometer with a locking plexiglass cover over it. Sorry, never looked to see who made the cart.

I really like that green/black drawer box with its cool drawer arrangement.

I have the same red bottom cabinet in your photo. They were usually used as mounting cabinets for various repair garage tools like valve cutting, drum cutting machines, etc. Yours probably has small steel wheels under it like mine.

My box originally had some type of spring compressor mounted on the top left side. When I got the box from a friend he had already thrown away the tooling.
It also had a handle and lock that was broken, so I replaced it with one from another cabinet door I had laying around. I sanded, primed and painted it red as the original.

I installed one of my old gas station oil pumps in the spot where the old spring compressor was mounted. I put it up in my office loft to hold my old M/C catalogs and various oil and motorcycle collectibles.

Your box with the rounded sides is likely from the 1940-1960's era.

OMG. That Craftsman wall hanger with vintage wrench pouches and wrench trays ... I would squeal with delight if ever I found something like that!

The bottom green/black roller is something I've never seen. Curious on the dimensions and what the drawer slides look like. IMO that is a gem.

Thanks for resizing the photos!

Man everyone of those boxes is unique in some way. I love the green one but if you don't need a mobile box that big wheel setup is a space eater. A guy should be able to pull the wheels out without damaging anything but the fender kind of kiboshes that. Oh well, enjoy it for what it is. That's a super nice collection of old boxes.
