Unknown tool Plumbing?

Once again I thank you all for your help. I have no clue what this is. It weighs 2lbs 10 ou and stands a smidge under 5 inches tall. It says. 1-1/4 Mueller H180CO. I've looked everywhere I can think of and can't find anything.

Correct. I found it right away by using a 0 instead of O art the end h180c0.
