Unknown tool?

Once again I need help. Had no idea I had so many things I cannot remember what they are. this weighs just under 3 pounds. Thanks in advance

Looks like a tapping block...

It has too big a spread in size for a tapping block but maybe it was just a drill block for those sizes. That one hole looks like it's about 1 1/4"! Big hole.

Does the hole go all the way through?

tHANKS FOR GETTING BACK TO ME. The hole is 1-3/4" deep. and about 1/2" wide.
