Who makes this vise, it has a weird clutch on the back. It's my friends vise and I am looking for any info pn it.

Clutch is just a speed mechanism to get the vise adjusted to work item quicker

I think the horn sticking out the side is the oddity

have not seen one before

Hoar made a vise with the side horn, but this isn't it. Looks like two different versions.
