unknown wrench (likely from a car tool kit)

Looking to identify this. It looks like one of the wrenches that comes in a car kit, however, this has no English, just Japanese (pretty sure?) on it.

I have a few Honda motorcycle wrenches alot like that with "HM" on them, but clearly these are not those. Some other motorcycle brand China or Japan or Korean likely. - Paul

I have some marked with the Yamaha logo.

My guess is its not one of the big four jap bike companies

Maybe someone familiar with those characters, Chinese, Japan, Korean, etc. can translate it for us; or at least give us a coo to go by.
