A lot of us know that a lot of Snap On tools (such as screwdrivers and pliers) are made in different colors, and can be found by adding the suffix (G, R, O, etc.) after the part number. The tools can be found by using the search function on Snap On's website, but they do not have an official page in the catalog.

Besides the standard colors and such, let's make a list of these "secret" (not well known) part numbers that are ACTIVE and can be ordered (not "one time truck deals", these must be available to anyone from the website). I will start;

PL300CFY - 3 piece YELLOW pliers set - $109.50
SPP925 - 2 piece 3' promo wrench - $198.00
CAT1200 - Snap On paper catalog - Free
SDDXL70AG - 7 piece green hard handle (square) cabinet screw driver set (also available in "R" (red), "O" (orange)) - $149.95

I have more numbers listed somewhere, will post later.

Awesome. Just ordered a catalog. Hopefully it shows up!

OK, call me stupid, but where did you order a catalog from? I'm without a Snap On dealer for the first time since I started wrenching (32 years ago). During past lean times my buddies dealer was happy to act as my dealer, but he has a new guy who doesn't want to deal with anyone not employed at a shop he services even though I told him I would pay in full, no payments on a truck account.

Snap-On Catalog

You Enter the Cat1200 just like you're ordering a tool.

You wouldn't happen to know of more part numbers for the micro toolboxes, would you?

Dicking around on snappy's website, I've found the number for the white ones.

KMC922APT - white roll cab

Now that is what I am talking about! I am going to see if my student discount will cover it:lol_hitti

As for the guys that ordered the catalog; yes they will show up. They used to be $5, then they were free and you could order an unlimited qty, now they are free 1 per person. I ordered 10 for free once upon a time..... All 10 showed up, oversized box and all.

I have no numbers to offer but I just wanted to say that this is an excellent thread. However I fear it's going to end up costing me money.

Any numbers for the Blue Pearl handle ratchets and screwdrivers?

I am not sure that Snap On currently makes them. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

That would be awesome to see! I love those mag trays.

Saw the same thing happen last week, a guy walked onto the truck, he wanted a ratchet and 4 sockets, had the cash in his hand, the dealer told him to call the toll free number and order it from the factory, or go to Sears and get what you need. He then said "I sell to no one not on my defined routes, now get off my truck". Must be nice to turn money away.

Wow, I've got to be honest, if I saw my Snappy driver do that, I wouldn't spend another dime on his truck.

I would take that approach personal and let that guy have a piece of my mind!

That's no way to treat anyone, especially someone with cash in hand. I understand the Snap-On dealer agreements but he could have handled that way more effectively :willy_nil

All 3 of the Snappy guys I've dealt with in Vancouver have been really cool.
I guess we're lucky.
I don't know if this is listed yet or not, but S6810 is the new 1/4 drive 8mm/10mm deep flip socket for the newer cars under shields.

Some people are stupid, including that driver.

The SO truck closest to my house issues me receipts to "the garage at which he's stopped." instead of telling me to piss off.

I'm in Charlotte NC and the Snap On truck here states on the outside of the truck as part of the paint scheme....."OPEN TO THE PUBLIC". I've also seen more than one truck in Charlotte too. I'm assuming they are owned by the same person.

I really comes down to the driver on who they want to do business with. It's obvious here in Charlotte the drivers don't turn down money from no one.
