So I found this Vice on my local classifieds which thanks to you guys was identified as a Wilton C3.
As of now I know that it has been repainted at some point at that the markings probably were removed as well.

it was most likely used by the U.S. Government in its first years. More to come when I get it.

used - any where from 400 - 800 i have seen them for sale.

I have also seen them upwards of 2k and more

I’ve seen the same thing done with older bench grinders or other machine tools where the Manufacturer was purposefully taken off. I don’t know the reason though :/

It might be a German thang. Lots of de-badged BMWs and Audis running around Germany on the Autobahn.
