Hi all, I am a new poster, but felt obligated to post this topic.
Super Sport did not ask me to post this, so I apologize to him if he didn't for some reason want a feedback thread posted about him, and I'll edit accordingly.
Anyways, I recently ordered some snap on items from him, and the transaction was so stellar I would feel guilty if I did not describe it for others to read.
1) When Super Sport noticed, after I had paid for an item and he was boxing it up, that an extremely minor detail in his description of the item could have been misleading, he contacted me immediately, took blame for the incredibly minor detail, and allowed me to back out of the purchase on the item. I bought the item anyways, but the offer and communication on his part, over such a minor detail, speaks volumes about his integrity.
2) When I found another item I wanted, even after the previous transaction was finalized, he spontaneously offered a discount without me even asking.
3) When I received the items, he had paid for signature confirmation and insurance (which I greatly appreciate ) and did not charge me for them.
4) When I opened the box, the packaging was stellar. What a clever way to ship a set of snap on wrenches without risking a single nick or ding. A+.
Anyways, just needed to get that off my chest, thanks Super Sport.
