no idea who made it, but if you're local and you're in the market for a 3/4" drive set, I can make you a killer deal on a Wright SAE set.

and I'm not as far away as Seabeck.

pick-up only- the set weighs about 60 pounds.

Looks like US Army numbers, it may be a early Wright set.

Gotta tell ya though i loves me some Wright.

it's ALL Wright. I had to pick up a few pieces to complete the set. still missing the "bull bar" and 8-inch extension.
there's a guy up in Ballard who's got the bull bar for $60 bucks on CL but I really don't want to sink any more money into the set.

I am in the USAR I have that set in my Motor pool brought it back from Iraq in 2010. It is a impact ratchet you can adjust it and you use it like a ratchet it will impact the nut you are taking off. Great set.
