Unusual adjustable wrench

[Shiftless]

I picked this one up at a pre-Covid estate sale. It seems like it would be useful in turning those 5 sided valve keys on fire hydrants. The other side would be good for square or hex fittings or even an impromptu hammer. What else?

Does anybody have more information about this or even a catalog page?
