"UNUSUAL" Craftsman Block Motor Grinder/Disc Sander Combo

Hello,
I'm new to the forum. I recently acquired a Craftsman block motor grinder/disc sander combo. Has anyone ever seen one of these before. If anyone has any information about this machine I would be interested. Here are the specs and some photos.
