Finally finished the exterrior and am now working on the interrior framing for "wife's space" and the electrical. Lift is to be installed soon also. I can hardly wait for retirement so I can start getting all the flat motors gathered up over the years back in running condition. Joe

I am assuming condensation on the underside of the roof isn't a problem. Nice shop with plenty of room for your first week of retirement. Next you will be building a 50x100. Sorry I don't know how to use the smiley thingies.

To combat the condensation problem, I had 1 inch foam insulation sprayed top and side walls. Seems to have done the trick. I'm amazed how it seems to tighten the whole building up. Heres a photo of the work in progress. Joe
