Need some help on this one too. Maybe an old fencing or upholstery tool. No markings that I can see anywhere on it. Also searched every AI site and word combination possible.
Flat jaw on one side with serated jaw on the other. Looks likes cutters on each side of the jaws/pivot point. The jaws look like two pieces sandwiched between the outer plates. Then the slide lock on one handle. That allows the handle to bend in. But what is the purpose of the one handle only to move that little bit. Any info on what they are, who the manufacture is and how old they are would be appreciated. Thanks
