Looking for advice on this Chas. Parker vise. The ad says its a model 22X. It appears to be missing the swivel base locking handle but that's all that my novice vise eyes can notice. Is this a good, sought after model? Are replacement and/or restoration parts readily available? What's it worth? The guy is asking $75. Thanks.

No way of knowing without better details, but $75 isn't an awful gamble for a big vise like that.

Looks to be worth $75 to me.
So I messaged the guy this morning and he got right back to me. He was 5 minutes down the road and I went and it's in nice shape from what I see. I offered $50 and he countered at $65 and I obliged. To me it appears that only the swivel lock down handle is missing and that the bolt holding the front collar is not original. It isn't frozen and actually glides rather smoothly. It has definitely been painted a few times but that's ok. The story was that his neighbor died and the wife asked him for help selling off a few things. Anyone know where to find a date code (if there is one)? Also what are these worth as is and restored? I will also post in the vise thread. Thanks.
