honestly i dont' have a clue. My mom ordered it for my dad years ago when he worked on tractors and needed some space for things to sit on in the shop he worked at. There isnt' any labels or anything on it. The thing is probably 20 years old and since my dad's toolbox has a workbench on one side, and a garbage rack thing on the other, it was useless for him.

I have a craftsman one I bought years ago too. Looks identical to the OP's pic. Probably the same company made them Mac, Matco, Cman etc.

yea probably made by the same company. the mac and matco i have are indentical.

all i remember is the damn thing hurts when it falls off and lands on your foot.

Yeah.... Pretty sure I wouldn't mount a vise on mine. One good whack with a hammer and it could be a really crappy day. :badteeth:
