There has to be a upgrade for this pos component? After replacing a modem and a router we have spent 6 hours with tech support to get it synced with phone. Still no luck using 2.4 etc
When we originally installed it the tech spent over two hours trying to get it to function. It worked when it felt like it before the swap. Had to keep the app open for quite some time to make sure it took.
Any suggestions?
