Upgrading casters on a Snap On rolling cart?

Surely the bolt pattern on these casters isn't exclusive to Snap On? I have a KRSC430 and want to at least upgrade the pair of rigid casters to swivel so I can move the cart around in our cramped shop without doing the Austin Powers thing.

$116 for a pair from $nap On. :shocking:

I like the softer skateboard wheel type casters because they go over bumps easily and don't get hung up on zip ties and such.

Look into RWM series 47 or ER Wagner...on Amazon...not cheap but less than SO...and probably better...

The Snap On casters are kinda trash.

In fact, the whole cart is kinda trash. I've said elsewhere I'm really, really not impressed with the KRSC430, especially for $2300. The drawer slides fell apart when I pulled the drawers out and the drawers wobble laterally if you push on them from the side fully extended. They should be rock solid.

It doesn't feel "built" like the old brick house tool carts from the 1970s. Feels more like a flimsy Home Depot fridge.

The casters should be butter smooth for $2300, AFAIC.

More and more I think Snap On is a giant rip off for everything except sockets, ratchets and wrenches.
