Hello All! I'm about to be the owner of a Garage with a detached house.
the garage is 22x24. Double size door, 2 standard size windows, right now it's just a detached frame. Concrete slab with earth fill underneath with another room built on the back below. Nuthin but outside walls and studs. No ceiling.
this spring i plan on building the man cave i've always wanted to house my 'projects' : 69 mustang, 77 jeep cj and a 2002 honda shadow 750ace.
The first thing i want to do is upgrade the houses' electrical service as well as the garage, then it's insulate walls, build ceiling, and come up with a heat source before this time next year.
I've been lurking here for awhile and i thought it was time i said hey, and started getting ideas! Once the papers are signed i'll post up some pictures!
