Upload of File Failed???

I just setup an album in my User CP. I uploaded a pic and it worked fine. Tried to upload a second pic in the exact same way and got a "Upload of File Failed" message. Tried it several times with the same result. Tried setting up another album and an upload to it didn't work either. What's the issue here?

File is probably too large, go to photo program and resize to limits listed on upload page.

Yea, I finally figured that out. I just lucked out that the first one was small enough that the board converted it. It seems the cutoff is around 1600 kb. Over that and you have to convert it yourself.
