Upload PDF to Media?

PDFs can be uploaded to posts, but PDF is not an allowed extension type that can be uploaded to Media.

Can that be changed?

Why not screen shot or snip tool (Windows key/shift/S) then save as jpg?

Might be too much in size wise.

You can attach a small *.pdf to the post, same as you would a photo image or a *.txt file. There's a throttle on file size, though - it may be too large a file to upload.
