Urethane Coatings?

Hey all,

I'm thinking of applying an Acid Stain to my garage floor and then using a urethane coating on top. Anyone have any experience with products like "Benjamin Moore Moisture Cure Urethane" or "Rust-Oleum ThermaKrete® - Urethane Concrete?"

Usually Urethanes go over an epoxy coat. Urethanes do not bite well into concrete and could peel off like window tint.
