Not really familiar with Urrea, from what I've read on here it's good stuff. I figured it's a good price for a 3/4" ratchet. NOT MINE

*Maybe not such a good deal, same guy has Proto, an Armstrong and an Allen 3/4 for the same price.

IIRC Urrea is the Mexico div of Proto. Sounds like a good deal.

I got an early Cornwell on a BIn a couple weeks ago for $7.99

Yes, it's a good deal. Urrea tools are simply Proto twins having a fiesta.
