Anyone had the opportunity to use some of them? Can you vouch for quality? For the low price they are selling for I have to assume they don't have ProtoMex quality anymore.

Yes, the handles are the same shape as the older style Protos. The plastic used for the handles is a little different as are the shanks used for the blades. Are they the same quality as Proto? No.
They are decent screwdrivers for the price and I haven't broken any in the last 3 years.

I collect Proto yellow handles and have a few of the Urrea that I picked up by mistake because they're so close. Not the exact same material but I like them.

At one point, Urrea was a part of Proto. I'm assuming they got to use the old Proto designs. I only have a few of the older Proto drivers, but they are very good. I have no idea if the Urrea versions are as good.

Oh yeah, the older black hardhandle Snappies I like as well. I have a 2-in-1 that would be my standard tool box driver if I wasn't so invested in Enderes.
