US Air Compressor Co. “new” compressor I bought

Picked this up recently at auction for $75. Hard to read but made 1957. The motor is as big as a modern 7.5hp. Runs and makes pressure still, and very quiet. Also, extremely heavy.

Wow, I have new compressors from US Air Compressor. It’s very encouraging to see that their models have been running for such a long time. They told me their company was established in 1953. Honestly, I didn’t believe them at first and thought it was just a marketing claim, but it looks like they were telling the truth. :)
