Anyone have any experience with these guys?
http://www.us-forge.com/

The have the US flag and US splattered all over their website and are based in Wisconsin, but they say they are international distributors (code for importing from China?) I definitely prefer made in USA (or other reputable COO) but if this was Taiwan or even made in China but US Forge is a decent company that stands behind their products, I would consider them because I can get a decent deal on their 00820 torch kit. (page 48 on their tool catalog)

So, any feedback on these guys? Thanks

My only experience with them is through Princess Auto's surplus area (dumping rods from Lowes U.S.). They had one pound packs of 3/32" rods for a buck. Tried one sample pack and liked what I saw so went back and bought the balance of them. Turned out they were 7014....my fav.

I was looking at their various products on their website and they have quite an extensive selection of electrodes. It looks to be either their #1 or #2 product line.

Good to know you like them, do they show COO on the box?

I'd assume since they don't post under about us as a plus being made in USA, they just stamp the name on chicom products.

I tried their .030 solid mig wire. I didn't care for it much, and replaced it with a roll of Lincoln L-56 wire. Much less splatter with the Lincoln.

I had called them before buying the wire and they said it was US made with foreign material (same as the Lincoln wire). Take that with a grain of salt because I don't remember seeing any coo.

Their 4-1/2" cut off discs are great for cutting rebar,I've used plenty of them, and would highly recommend them.
