I'm sure this has been covered before but I'm having a hard time finding this. I have a older US general toolbox 90320 and I'm trying to get a set of slider's for it as 1 side is damaged. I doubt harbor freight carries them as I looked at there website. Can anyone point me in the direction to obtain a set? Thank you. UPDATE I did call harbor freight and had no luck which I'm not surprised.

Nothing special about drawer slides. Take some measurements and pay attention to how they attach to the box then go on McMaster and find some slides.

I was surprised but I have several tool box casters on order as I have 3 swivel casters on my 5 drawer carts that have disintegrated and fell apart. First surprise was I could even order replacement parts. Second surprise is they have been E-Mailing me as time goes on letting me know it's delayed and do I want to cancel my order.

Here is who I have been dealing with;

Maybe a long shot but try to contact them. Robert has been very good responding to my inquiries although I am still waiting on the casters and I ordered them on April 8th!

My problem is they told me they don't make them anymore as I have the series 1 . As of I'm trying to find something close to it. Thank you for everyone's response.

That's interesting because the swivel casters I ordered are for a series I 5 drawer tool cart?
I found the part number in the tiny owners manual you get. Some have part numbers and some don't?

I also have a series I 5 drawer cart. Part #19068 Locking Swivel Caster.
Now it's been on back order since February 2022! Maybe I won't get them?
I was wrong above about the April date. It longer ago than I remembered.

I think there's a number you call when regular HF parts can't help you. Sorry but I don't remember what it is or where it is on their site.
The number I was referring to was actually their main parts number 1-800-444-3353. Go to https://www.harborfreight.com/parts and click on #5 and look through it. But when you get to a human at that number, they might be able to find a part that's not on the replacement part list. I was able to order an off-list item.
