US general end lockers listed again

They have the red end locker listed again. Hoping to see the black come back soon. They talked like it would be a new design but it looks the same to me.

My buddy has had one for a couple years and his top is like the one in the picture.

The new one i picked up today has 4 threaded inserts on the top. Otherwise, it's identical except for the finish on the door locking mechanism parts. I was asked which color I wanted when I paid for it. There were 6 colors listed if I remember correctly. Old on the left, new on the right.

Good question. Two flange bolts and two rubber plugs that fit the threaded inserts were included in the hardware bag. Maybe stacking yet another small cabinet on top?

I'm thinking a hutch that will span two end lockers on either side of a 44 or 56.

May be but that would cost you the ability to open the lid on the top chest. I feel like this locker is designed for the series 1. I was hoping it would be updated for the series 2

That's always the case with a "workstation" style setup by any manufacturer.
