Hi Mattwgrizwald,

Give Harry Epstein a call at 816-421-4752 they carry vise grip springs...Speaking of vise grip I found a brand new old stock one that I have never seen before it was made to clamp down on any hoses very interesting.

A buddy just gave me a NOS set of US vise grips an I'm psyched. Don't have them in front of me but it's about 6 pieces in a formed plastic tray. Takes up a bunch of drawer space but its very cool. Wish the tray was a few inches deep to stack 'em (I've got a bunch of vise grips).

I was cruising the loacl Home Depot today and found around 20 or 25 made in the USA vise grips in assorted sizes and styles. it seems that the stock guys just put the China made and USA assembled from global components in front of the good ones. You might try and look at your local stores for a similar situation.

Last summer I had a pair of visegrips that needed a new spring. I got on the Irwin website, ordered it and it was mailed to me for free. It took less than a week. Hopefully they still do the same thing now.
