Have any of you guys done business with this company? They seem to have some pretty good prices and deals. I know there is a million of these type of threads but I like to check a company out a little bit before I spend allot of money on something.

I did a long time ago. I think I may have ordered my Aircat Nitrocats from them. Probably 7 years ago. No problems dealing with them. Price was good, got the product as advertised.

I've never had a problem with NTX tools, but many others have (same company as the one you are interested in I believe).

NTXtools.com, coastaltoolsupply.com, etoolpros.com, mytoolsforyou.com, americastoolwarehouse.com, and USAtoolwarehouse.com are all the same company.

coastal tool supply sells through amazon. i have bought from the three or four times. things ship quickly enough, but they usually ship from the left coast, and it takes a bit of time to get all the way to the right coast, but that is hardly their fault.

i wonder about them because of the reviews i see, which is why i wash it through amazon. i know that they will take care of me.

BTW, when you order more than one thing from CTS thru amazon, you dont pay for shipping twice, there is a small additional charge (less than a dollar) for each subsequent item.

the amusing thing about CTS on amazon is that the shipping is 7.99 per item. not 8.95, like on the web site. prices also vary, sometimes considerably, and in both directions (sometimes amazon is substantially cheaper, and sometimes substantially more expensive.).

i just ordered four things from them off of amazon, and they charged me 9.25 for shipping.

so far, so good. my order, placed on saturday, shipped today. amazon only knows it has shipped, with no other information. CTS emailed me through the amazon merchant system with tracking information.

I had a recent order through America's Tool Warehouse. Not a very good experience. Ordered a set of Armstrong short wrenches and a locking extension set.

Next morning I get a call saying the wrench set is on backorder through next february while the locking extension set is ready to ship immediately.

I guess I can wait , ship what you can I say. A few days later I noticed they had charged me for the ENTIRE amount of the order. Didn't think any reputable store could charge before shipping. Call them the next day and clarified I was willing to wait for the backorder as long as it did not involve giving them a $200 interest free loan for 6+ months, to which I was issued a refund that showed up a few days later.

I placed the original order around 8/7, it's now 8/22 and the extension set in-stock still not received.

Don't think i'll be placing a future order with them given this experience.

Thanks for the timely responses. Think I will try CTS through Amazon, we have always gotten things on time and with no issues through them.
