Saw these made in USA Vice-Grips at a local pawn shop today:

Are these of any particular value? I know Vice-Grips are no longer produced in the USA. These are all new in original packaging. There were maybe 7 sets of 6LNs in perfect condition for $12 each. The two packs were $24.

Any thoughts?

Not a bad price. The new Chinese ones go for about $10-12 a piece. Cheaper in bigger sets of course. So for NOS US that's not bad.

Go back & buy all of them now. Save the ones you'll use down the line and sell the others here on the forum.

So essentially, this not a very exciting find.. I had heard that the USA made Vice-Grips were significantly better than what IRWIN is currently selling. ah well..

I don't think I have the energy to engage in ebay arbitrage this week.

Thanks for the feedback pals.

I would have bought a couple of the 6LN's for myself. Not a player on the curved jaw. I prefer straight jaw and long nose models myself for the most versatility.
