Use Ridgid battery in Ryobi tool??

Yes, you can check amazon/ebay or maybe even fb marketplace.
I 3d printed one, but there's some post-print work that must be done - making terminals, finding an appropriate spring for the release buttons, soldering wires between the two terminals, and then there's small hardware (the model I used calls for 3mm screws and nuts).
I haven't used it much. I found the slot that the Ridgid battery tabs go into wasn't placed quite right, but a few strokes from a file and it's better.

The Badapter one, I don't recommend it. I have one and it is VERY hard to remove it from the tool and to remove the battery from the adapter. It seems to be made from a pretty strong plastic. I think I'd rather have paid a little more for a 3-d printed one off Ebay.

I have two adapters as I prefer to minimize my battery platforms and have invested heavily in Ridgid but also want tools that are not available in their line. I started with an adapter I built from an old Ryobi battery and a Ridgid light. That one lives in the hedge trimmer. I then bought one off eBay for my nail gun.
