Used Armstrong / Wilmar 3/4 inch ratchet worth it?

I've got chance to purchase used Armstrong 3/4 inch drive ratchet (teardrop screw on) along with couple 15" extensions and breakover bar.

Any point in trying to get price below $60 that he wants?

Comments / criticism on this particular Armstrong ratchet??

Yeah that's a pretty good deal I would say border line you ****. Is that ratchet head Armstrong? I have never seen an Armstrong with a remove able handle.

That's why got to see it in person before buying. Guy was busy til Monday and I'll bring lesser amounts of cash if I'm skeptical it's really an Armstrong.

If it ends up being "something else" . . . not an Armstrong . . . then I'll drop my cash offer down.

Any one with a screw-on Armstrong ratchet head out there?

At the flea market I visit, 3/4 drive extensions bring a dollar an inch, the ratchet would bring about $40, and the sliding T bar might bring $15. Sockets fetch anywhere from $2 to $5 each. This is for US made stuff, Plumb, Proto, Wright, Craftsman, Armstrong, Williams.

Went at lunch today and couldn't find any markings to verify it was Armstrong or what . . . but man that baby is STOUT !! Talked him down to $45 so I think I did alright considering I drove around 25 miles roundtrip to go pick items up.

Only markings were Chrome Vanadium on almost everything, except for one extension said:
- - - - 1S Masterhand.

For the research I did, I'm thinking that ratchet might actually be either:
a) Jonesway R1206 - - - - see at:

. . . . or . . .
b) Wilmar W34100

Any of you have either of above 3/4" drive ratchets (Jonesway or Wilmar)??
